Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are prepared and shipped from Istanbul, Turkey, Monday to Friday. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, weather conditions, and courier operations. Khela The Label is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Once the parcel is shipped arrival time of shipment may vary from country to country.

 

Customs Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees once the shipment reaches the destination country. Unless stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

United States Orders:
For orders shipped to the USA, customs duties and import fees are included and charged at checkout. No additional customs payment should be required upon delivery.

Please note:

  • Khela The Label is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or fees that may occur.

  • These costs are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to the courier (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx) or local customs authority to release the package.

  • If customs duties or import fees are not paid by the customer, the courier (such as DHL) reserves the right to dispose of or return the shipment in accordance with their policies.
    Khela The Label is not responsible for any additional fees, costs, or losses resulting from such actions.

  • In such cases, no refund or replacement will be issued.
