21. Refunds & Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging. Non-returnable items include made-to-order and sale items. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

22. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, email hello@khelathelabel.com so we can assist you promptly.

23. Refund Timing
Please allow up to 15 working days for your return to be processed and an additional 3–5 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

To return your product, please contact us at hello@khelathelabel.com to receive the correct return address. Use a tracked delivery method. Lost or damaged return items are the customer’s responsibility.

25. International Returns
Mark all returned parcels as “Returned Goods” on customs forms. Any duties incurred due to incorrect declarations will be deducted from your refund.

26. Concession or Third-Party Purchases
Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase. We cannot process returns for items not bought directly from khelathelabel.com.
