RETURNS
We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your order, and the package must reach us within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

You will then receive detailed instructions and the return address.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for size or color if the desired item is in stock.

The exchange item will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original item.

Each item can only be exchanged once.

Exchanges can only be made within the same country the original order was shipped to.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

It may take 3–5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your bank account depending on your provider.

Currency exchange rate differences during the return window will not be reimbursed.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

For faulty or incorrect items, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photo evidence. In these cases, return shipping is covered by us.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Note: Damage from wear and tear, misuse, or accidents is not considered a product fault.
