RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Khela the Label, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own cost.
We can only accept exchanges from the country where the shipment was originally sent.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@khelathelabel.com with your order number, reason for return, and whether it’s for an exchange or refund. We will provide detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Important: Items sent back without first contacting customer service will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges for size or color if the requested item is in stock. The new item will be dispatched once we receive and inspect the returned product. An item can be exchanged only once.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and passes the quality check.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit provider.
Note: Any currency changes during the return period will not be reimbursed.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Return shipping is free only if you report a defective or damaged product to us with proof within 12 hours of delivery.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@khelathelabel.com so we can resolve the issue.
Note: Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents will not be considered faulty.
IMPORTANT NOTES
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier suggested by Khela the Label.
Khela the Label reserves the right to refuse returns that are not properly authorized or sent in accordance with our return policy.
